The Challenge:

• Create long term housing and promote social blending in a predominantly tourist district.


• Protect the fauna and enhance and exceptional site.


• Optimising the project with regards to the flooding risk prevention plan recommendations.

Roxim's solution :

After in depth studies on integrating the development into the landscape, we designed a housing programme with spacious accommodation to encourage primary residency and social diversity.

The properties have been developed in line with strict objectives in terms of energy saving, air quality, the use of renewable energies and acoustic comfort.
