In Fréjus: an extension of the city

The challenge :

• Rehabilitate a deteriorated property which is next to a listed site,
• Create a new district for the town,
• Promote home ownership.
  

Roxim's solution :

The site was developed over a four year period, preserving the natural lake. For this development we wanted to measure buyers' satisfaction.

To the following question: "Are you satisfied with your property?", 96% of owners from seven properties replied "Yes".

The survey was carried out under the control of Jean-Marie Nekadi, court bailiff in Montpellier.
