LE GRAND PARC - Saint Aygulf: restructuring a district

The challenge:

• Restructure and improve the Saint-Aygulf district


• Promote the coastal area


• Protect and enhance a wooded park


• Create sustained employment.

Roxim's solution :

In partnership with the Fréjus city council, the heart of the Saint Aygulf district was renovated:

Restructuring of roads and pavements, integration of pedestrian areas and a public park by the council, creation by the devloper of a new residential area and a tourist residence working towards social variety and blending.

The buildings are perfectly integrated into the environment with an innovative approch to air treatment and evironmentally friendly air conditioning (A thermodynamic system developed by Aldes).
